Aadil Palkhivala began studying with B.K.S. Iyengar at age seven and received his Advanced Yoga Teacher's Certificate at age 22. He is the founder of Alive and Shine Center and College of Purna Yoga. Aadil integrates Iyengar Yoga with life coaching and spiritual teachings.
