Danielle DePompei discovered yoga in 2009 after years of competitive figure skating. Growing up intrigued by the mind-body connection and expression through movement, she quickly fell in love with the practice and philosophy of yoga. Danielle teaches traditional Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga at Ashtanga Yoga Lakewood in the Cleveland area, adhering to the teachings of the Jois lineage from Mysore, India. Her classes offer individualized instruction where students receive personal guidance as they learn and memorize the sequence at their own pace.
