Sathu Jois is the daughter of Manju Jois and granddaughter of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, continuing the authentic Ashtanga lineage into the third generation. Raised in the tradition and authorized to teach by her father, Sathu offers teacher trainings and workshops worldwide, preserving the teachings passed directly through the Jois family. She brings both traditional wisdom and a contemporary understanding to her teachings.
