Suzie Hurley has been teaching yoga since 1981 and meditating since 1977. She received her first certification through the Kripalu Center in 1985, followed by Advanced Kripalu Certification in 1987. She studied the Iyengar method for 16 years and became one of the first certified Anusara teachers after meeting founder John Friend in 1994. Her teaching integrates multiple traditions into a comprehensive and compassionate approach to yoga.
