Todd Roderick

Todd Roderick is the founder and director of Ashtanga Yoga Atlanta and the most experienced Ashtanga instructor in the Southeastern United States. A dedicated student of Ashtanga Yoga since 1995, Todd is Level 1 Authorized through Sharath Yoga Centre (KPJAYI lineage). Beginning in 1997, he spent more than a year studying at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India, where he trained directly with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois in the original shala when classes were limited to only twelve students. His deep lineage connection and decades of experience inform his authentic approach to teaching.
