Vanessa Gilgoff was raised in Maui surrounded by Ashtanga Yoga through her family's deep connection to the practice (related to Nancy Gilgoff, one of Guruji's first Western students). This lifelong immersion in the tradition gives her a unique, organic understanding of Ashtanga Yoga. She teaches with authenticity and brings the spirit of aloha to her practice.
