    Review Content Standards

    We Approve Reviews That:

    • ✓Describe specific, first-hand experiences with the teacher
    • ✓Focus on observable behaviors and teaching practices
    • ✓Use "I" statements to describe personal experiences
    • ✓Are thoughtfully written with care and reflection
    • ✓Provide constructive, honest feedback
    • ✓Address the five ethical principles (Ahimsa, Satya, Asteya, Brahmacharya, Aparigraha)

    We Reject Reviews That:

    • ✗Contain threats, violence, or hate speech
    • ✗Are based on hearsay or rumors ("I heard that...")
    • ✗Make unverifiable claims without direct experience
    • ✗Contain spam or commercial advertising
    • ✗Violate privacy by sharing personal information
    • ✗Are purely promotional with commercial intent

    Teacher Response Standards

    We Approve Responses That:

    • ✓Acknowledge the student's experience
    • ✓Take responsibility for impact
    • ✓Demonstrate growth and learning
    • ✓Offer genuine, appropriate apologies
    • ✓Maintain professional, respectful tone
    • ✓Show openness to feedback

    We Reject Responses That:

    • ✗Attack or belittle the reviewer
    • ✗Dismiss or deny the student's experience
    • ✗Make excuses without taking responsibility
    • ✗Share private student information
    • ✗Threaten legal action or retaliation
    • ✗Contain harassment or intimidation

    Strictly Prohibited Content

    The following types of content will be immediately removed and may result in account suspension:

    • •Threats of Violence: Any content threatening physical harm to anyone
    • •Hate Speech: Content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
    • •Harassment: Repeated targeting, bullying, or intimidation of individuals
    • •Sexual Content: Sexually explicit material or unwanted sexual advances
    • •Illegal Activity: Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities
    • •Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or creating fake profiles
    • •Spam: Repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content

    Our Moderation Process

    Pre-Publication Review

    All reviews and teacher responses go through a moderation queue before being published. Our moderation team reviews each submission against these content standards.

    Approval Timeline

    We aim to review all submissions within 48-72 hours. Complex cases may take longer.

    Rejection Notifications

    If your content is rejected, you'll receive a notification explaining why it didn't meet our standards. You may revise and resubmit.

    Human Moderators

    All moderation decisions are made by trained human moderators who understand the nuances of dharmic communication.

    Community Flagging System

    Users can flag content that violates our Content Policy. Flagged content is sent back to the moderation queue for review.

    When to Flag Content

    • • Content containing threats or harassment
    • • False or defamatory statements
    • • Privacy violations
    • • Spam or commercial content
    • • Any other violation of this Content Policy

    Flag Threshold

    Content that receives three or more flags is automatically sent for review and may be temporarily hidden until moderation is complete.

    Appeals Process

    If you believe content was unfairly rejected or removed, you may appeal the decision:

    1. Submit an appeal through your account dashboard
    2. Explain why you believe the content meets our standards
    3. A different moderator will review your appeal
    4. You'll receive a response within 5-7 business days

    Appeal decisions are final. Repeated appeals of the same content are not permitted.

    Beyond specific content rules, we ask all users to:

    • • Consider the impact of your words
    • • Help create a safe space for truth-telling
